The next meeting of the Heart of Illinois Professional Chapter of Engineers Without Borders will be Thursday August 21st at the Peoria Next Innovation Center on West Main Street, first floor conference room. The meeting will start at 5:30 pm, but the executive board members will be there about 5:00pm, so feel free to come early and talk to us.
Our guest for the evening will be George Jamison, the Technical Advisory Committee Co-Chair for the Great Lakes Region of EWB. George has a great deal of professional experience and has served the engineering community in a number of capacities over the years. Other items on the agenda include an update on the status of the chapter, the activities of the executive board, and information on chapter positions that are available to interested members.
